Dear HOBBYWING customers,

We have been informed that USPS has been extra slow delivering packages from this year's BFCM so please hang in there while you wait for your order to arrive.  The average delay is an additional 2-4 business days.  For future urgent orders, please choose the UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air option.

To add to that, USPS will suspend regular mail delivery and retail service on Wednesday, December 5 due to observing a National Day of Mourning.

If you do not see your package moving from its tracking number, please call the carrier to file a claim for it. This will increase your chances of receiving your package in a timely manner.
