The current 1/10 IFMAR Off-Road World Champion, Bruno Coelho of Portugal, will be running HOBBYWING electronics exclusively through the 2018 racing season!
The multi-year agreement ensures that Coelho is not only going to have access to some of the best electronics and motors available, but HOBBYWING customers will also have the confidence that its products are designed and tested for competition at the highest levels in the world.
Coehlo took TQ honors at 2014 European Touring Car Championship, and then he finished in second place at the 2014 IFMAR Touring Car Championship held in the US. Coelho also successfully competes in the off-road classes, having TQ’d and won the most recent IFMAR Off-Road World Championship in the 4WD class, held at Yatabe Arena in Japan. Coehlo will be running HOBBYWING ESCs and brushless motors through the 2018 season and expressed that he’s honored to collaborate with HOBBYWING, one of the leading brushless power system manufacturers in the RC world, beginning February 2016. After extensive testing, Coehlo gave high praise to the performance and reliability of the new HOBBYWING ESC & motor and is confident that more success in National and International competition is ahead.
